Single Family Residential Villas
Magnificent and meditative, the expansive three- and four-bedroom villas offer the utmost in privacy and panoramic oceanfront views, yet still close to all of the amenities and restaurants of Bioasis Resort and BioSphera Restorative Center.
Each villa seems to grow from its landscape and offer impeccable indoor / outdoor living thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows, sweeping terraces and one’s own mineral water pool. Villa owners may choose to live as full-time residences or come-and-go as you please.
If you would like assistance with your residence, the Bioasis Resort housekeeping can help you manage your property with some or all of your household needs as you choose. Owners may also choose to place your residential villa in our optional rental management program with Bioasis Resort.
Fractional Residence Club
Through our deeded-fractional ownership opportunity, you may own a worry-free, equity deeded home and live directly on one of Costa Rica’s most coveted beaches. This affords families a hassle-free way to own a luxury second home with all of its rewards.
Your home is ready when you want it at a fraction of the cost. Each three-bedroom home is sold with a fee simple, 1/6th interest in the ownership of a specific, three-bedroom residence. This deed affords you total of eight weeks to immerse yourself in Bioasis Resort according to the time of the year and your desired duration as you wish.
Your Bioasis fractional residence will be managed by The Registry Collection®, the luxury division of Wyndham Hotels and Resorts®. As a result, you may choose to use all of your 8 weeks at Bioasis Resort or trade it for explorations within The Registry Collection. As the largest luxury exchange provider in the world, The Registry Collection offers luxury travel without limits to approximately 200 luxury leisure properties on six continents.
Condo-Hotel Residential Suites
Freedom to come and go defines how you live... and why a hassle-free condo-hotel suite as your second home perfectly fits your family’s needs. Add to that the potentiality for annual income earnings through our rental management program, and you have the perfect alchemy of healthy, wealthy and wise.
Condo-hotel suites are available in three-bedroom floorplans with a one bedroom lock-off and one studio lock-off. Need something smaller? Choose a two-bedroom floorplan with one studio lock-off. Both residential suites are fully furnished and prices will start from US$385,000.
Your Bioasis condo-hotel rental program will be managed by The Registry Collection®, the luxury division of Wyndham Hotels and Resorts®. You may choose to be in-residences in either 30-day, 60- day, or 90-day schedules and earn scalable rental income depending on the number of days you use your residence.
