Pre Arrival
You are assigned a personal Wellness and Adventure Concierge the moment your reservation for BioSphera is confirmed. Our complete approach to wellness applies not only during a guest’s visit but before and after their stay.
BioSphera utilizes DNA testing to reveal what your body requires for optimal functioning, including your macro- and micro nutritional needs, as well as your strength, endurance, vitality and overall wellbeing.
One month before your arrival to BioSphera, you will receive a home-based DNA test kit with simple cheek swab instructions. Your test results are soon sent to you along with a tailored wellness living plan that is prepared by your personal Wellness Concierge.
We continue DNA testing during your stay to evaluate your body’s responses to your program and to prescribe a wellness lifestyle after your return home.
For full benefit of BioSphera’s resources, we recommend a stay of at least two weeks, but will customize your program to accommodate a shorter stay.
